    Paul Barratt, also known as MC Solomon, is a multifaceted artist and seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the live music industry, events management, artist management, youth work, and the music business. Holding a BA Degree in creative music production, Paul has successfully organized hip-hop and music events globally, including founding the Asian Hip Hop Festival and India's first socially conscious music festival, the Goa Hip Hop Festival. His focus on skills development, cultural exchange, and capacity building has provided young, disadvantaged artists across Asia with opportunities for artistic expression and future successful careers. Since 2005, Paul's self-funded projects have collaborated with local creative arts companies in the UK.

With over 10 years of experience in educational development, she founded Xplora International to address the limitations of traditional academia and emphasize cross-disciplinary skills necessary for success in an ever-changing world. In her current position, Wafa manages and delivers projects across the Middle East, Africa, UK, and Italy.
